My name is Buddy Menser, aka the Outlaw. I am Registered   
Residential Contractor as well as a Register Residential Roofer,
licenced by the State of Florida. I hold the privilege of working in
Walton and Holmes County, though I may work in many other
counties throughout the state (if I register in that county).

I have been in the construction field for over 20 years, during
which time I have personally  participated in all aspects of the
construction process. My livelihood is built upon my reputation
